How do I place an Order?

Placing an order on Zuran.in is easy! Simply browse our collection of traditional clothes, handmade crafts, and jewelry from Assam and Northeast India. Select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method through Razorpay, and complete your order.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team at sewalituition@gmail.com or 09395639741 with your order number and reason. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please note, custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started, and if your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order on Zuran.in. You can shop as a guest by simply providing your shipping details and payment information. However, creating an account will allow you to track orders, save your preferences, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.

How Do I Track My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns only for damaged or defective items received. To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item along with your order number. A parcel opening video is required to process returns. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
