Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

- Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible and guide you through the process.
- If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun, as they are specifically made to your specifications.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Return Policy:
- We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will be required to share photos of the damaged item along with your order number.
- Parcel opening video is compulsory while opening the parcel , otherwise we are not responsible for any damage, missing product or casualty with parcel or product design.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a return and include the Return Authorization (RA) number on the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Policy:
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
